We can also advise and assist you in relation to Estate disputes and Family Provisions claims.
If you require a legal document appointing one or more people to become your Power of Attorney or Guardian, we can advise you and prepare the necessary documents. We can also assist and advise you in relation to the variation or revocation of these documents. In circumstances where a person does not possess the capacity to create or vary these documents and issues regarding an individual’s finances, health or well-being arise, we can make applications to have a Financial Manager or Guardian appointed.
